Irrigation holds immense importance for growth in areas where water is not available in abundance. Only due to irrigation millions of acre of land which was impossible to cultivate is now converted to most productive areas for cultivations.

A lot of developing areas which were depended on primary sector, for instance production of vegetables, wheat or other foods, are now more developed owing to the progress in irrigation. Irrigation subsequently with the advancement of science has now become more technical, optimized and efficient according to the needs of particular residential landscapes. • Salination is another big problem associated with irrigation. Salination can cause a lot of harm to crops if care is not taken. Systems need to be developed which involve minimum salination.
Gone are the days when Mother Nature had provided you with abundance of everything and man floundered around with all of them. Now the need of the hour is more efficiency and respect for what limited resources are left to mankind.

Dalzell Design is back in Augusta, Ga after a long couple of weeks in

Bluffton, SC.  Jobs for David Weekly turned out great and professional.

Dalzell Design has been slacking on keeping up his blog.  Working on various projects

Landscaping installations are slowing down.  Running a new special.  First month is

free on a new 12 month landscape maintenance contract.

Got a new job in Bluffton, SC to work on.  We are doing another custom

landscape installation in North Augusta, SC.  Job on the hill turned out

great.

Dalzell Design just finished the landscaping at Riverwood West Entrance.  Also custom lighting job

is almost complete.  Dalzell Designs specials and rebates are still in effect.  Call for a list of services

North Augusta,  SC-  Meeting with a client this morning to review design for his backyard.

Design has a private park theme.  Has ammenities like a fire pit,  synthetic putting green,

outdoor kitchen,  brick oven,  vegetable garden, playground area, and seperate garage.

Design has natural materials like flagstone,  native plants, boulder stream, etc.

Augusta-Historic District-Finished design for cottage garden.  Design has elements

that compliment the historic nature of the home.  Using old brick to outline the

walkways with cut bluestone for stepping stones.  Plant materials are all old fashioned

and lots of cut flowers in garden.  Used American Boxwood to outline pathways.

Old millstone fountain as the focal point with a bench to match for seating.
